Lee and his wife, Melissa, along with their three children, have called Florida home since 2015. With a rich background as a local church pastor, Lee and Melissa are well acquainted with the challenges of aging and are passionate about the challenges families face during life’s transitions. As an experienced consultant, and nonprofit executive, Lee brings extensive leadership experience to Legacy Advocates in building teams to serve those with great need. In addition to a master’s degree from Bethel University, Lee holds multiple executive certifications from the University of Notre Dame.

Melissa earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and is experienced in handling the day to day financial needs of seniors, having served on the staff of Southwest Florida Advocates from 2020 to 2024.

True sports enthusiasts, Lee and his family share a passion for athletics. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he enjoys working with local athletes and weekend warriors in his free time. Lee’s training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine truly transfers to the special physical and nutritional needs of senior adults.

Melissa is a physical education teacher in the local school system. Their children are actively involved in local sports including competitive swimming and softball.
